Here is what the Scrapbook Blessings Club Design Team created:

Carolyn

TiP:  Make sure to clean your transparency of any dust or lint before putting your card together.

Sandy- A Working Moms Joy

My tip: place a strip of paper on the inside of the foam tape to stop your beads from sticking to it.

Brenda - Disney Girl
My Tip:  When cutting foam core always use a fresh blade. It makes it so much easier.
