Hello everyone! Today I have a very, very exciting video for you all! Although it is long, we can both experience in real-time how to assemble a tulle shaker card. There are other tutorials out there, but sometimes they are just too fast to keep up with. I hope you stick around with me until the end so you can absorb all of the details and try this technique out for yourself! Tulle shaker cards are great because they allow for the sequins and bits to move around more freely. However, this means you cannot use glitter, micro beads, or other small fillers in your shakers. I used regular sequins in mine and it turned out well. I started my card front by die cutting three circles to cut my windows. To do this I used my Cuttlebug with some Nestabilities circle dies. I decided to do circles since this represents bubbles for the fish theme. Once those were diecut, I used my Impression Obsession wave dies in my Cuttlebug with some different colored cardstocks.
