How did you? (part 2)

I'm still organizing in a small space so I thought I would show you how I keep my embossing and cricut cartridges organized.   First, I keep my heat gun, pads, pens, tray and powders all in one container.  I like this container because the lid is attached.  Make's life easier :) Second, is the dry embossing.  I have the Sizzix Texture Boutique embosser.  I picked this one because I use my Cricut for all my die cuts and just needed an embosser.  I use a pink snap lock box to keep all my embossing plates ( I won it but I think the hostess said she got them from QVC or HSN).  It's the perfect size.  The only down size is that the lid isn't attached. But it works great anyway! Next, I use one of those organiser boxes found at the fabric store. I just noticed the other day that Walmart had them too. The little cups are the perfect size to fit the cartridge. I had to put them in alphabetical order to! lol I hope this gives you some ideas for getting organized.

How did you...

get everything into that cabinet??? LOL. Glad you asked! First, I went through everything and donated some supplies I never used to my crop club. Next, I went through every piece of paper, embellishment, etc, and grouped them together. Then came the organizing. Here are a couple of ways I did it to make everything fit... I picked up this great Snapwear at Target for around $7.  It even came with great divided "cups".  The best thing about these is that you can just add to them. Here are all trays together.  I'm excited for my next crop!!! Definitely coming in carring this.

Ready for Spring!!!

And we get SNOW!!! What the....! So I decided something around me has to be Spring-like. BLOG MAKEOVER!!! Almost as good as a new pack of papers, lol. Hope you like it. I think it is much cleaner looking. I still need to tweek it a little. Happy Spring! PS I just heard we gonna have 70 degrees for Good Friday.. see it worked!!!

Busy Little Bee- scrap space makeover

That's what I've been. I need to take control of my scrapbooking area. With three toddlers and no space, it has been difficult staying organized. I was literally going out of my mind to keep it clean. I do all my crafting at the dining room table. It is the only space it have to spread out. Unfortunately this is what it is starting to look like all the time... My little scrapbooking corner...shameful, I know :( Talk about OUT OF CONTROL!!!!  I envy all you scrappers that have these wonderful rooms to work in!  So how do you scrap in a small space????  Go to Walmart and get a little storage cupboard!!!! It is the best $50.00 I've spent in a long time.  My tea cups had to come down, but I needed a new home for my Cricut.  I also needed something with doors in it to keep little fingers out and we use this room daily to eat in.   Here's the inside... Now my scrapbooking is back to being a peaceful experience again.  So this is scrapbook organization in even the smallest

Picture collage

At my hubby's work place, he is only allowed one picture collage frame at his desk. He asked me if I could "scrap" something for him. For him, anything!!! I took his frame and removed the precut matte. The frame is 12x14 so I had to do some paper piecing. I uses some wallpaper scraps and pieced them together, picked out some of his favorite pictures, add some tags and title.  I used green and blue colors which are his favorite.  This was a fun project and he absolutely loved it.
