Xmas Stash card Hop

A BIG kudos to Sarah   for hosting this great blog hop. Hopefully you hopped over from  Carla  but if you didn't just head HERE to start at the beginning and check out the nice prize and special challenge for you to do :) I think this is a great hop for all of us that make our Christmas Cards at the last minute. So here we are at the 10 month countdown, and I wanted to share with you a fast and easy way to make up some quick cards.  I got one word for you...PRINTABLES!  Yep, pictures that you can download, print and cut out.  They are already colored for you and the details are just great!  Just Google what you want and there are a ton of work there to use.  (Just remember, most are covered by the Angle policy.  Meaning, you can print and use them for personal use but you are not allowed to sell the images or take created for creating them.) Here is the sheet that I used for this set... Start with cardstock base (3) 8.5x11, cut in half for two cards. Next, pick out (

Sunday Blessings- Believe

I have to admit, I have been feeling very computer blah the past 2 wks. Work is very busy, but I am blessed to have a great job. In my quiet time, God has shown me how He is bringing me out of my comfort zone.  With my job, I have to meet new people daily and quickly build up a relationship with them to work with them.  Recently, He is showing me how I need to take those same tools and traits and use the for His glory. I an challenging myself not to be a weekend Christian.  The same seeds I plant in my ministry on Sundays have to carry out into my everyday life.  I thought this weeks song is very encouraging for me. Let's show the love of Jesus everyday! Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by,

Welcome to the Banner Bonanza Blog Hop! We're so glad you could join us today! If you've come from TERESA's blog,  you're in the right place. If you've just come across the hop, please start at the beginning with Ashley at Made Especially For You . For my banner project, I went old school.  I put away all my cutting machines and fancy tools, and stuck with the basics.  First, I bought a pre-made banner from target in their dollar deals bin.  Yep, only a buck.  Then, I grab some things I had in my stash including chipboard elements, stickles, etc. Here is what I used for my banner... Finally, I just got creative and started decorating... Lastly, I put my banner together... To dress up the banner up some, I used different ribbons to accent.  The best part is when I am ready to take it down, I can just roll the ribbons back up to use for another project. Here is a closer picture... I hope this inspires you some.  You don't need a
