January Card Kit~Come check out what's NEW!

The winner by default...she is the only person that commented also on the You Tube video is KitFitKitty!
Congratulations!

See that little word at the end of the yellow line? .....and more? Well, we are bringing you more. Change is good right? I think so! So, we are going to change up the Card Kits. Starting this month we are going to be bringing you a kit that will have no more chance for back ordered items! What was that you said? No more back orders! Oh yes those are sweet words to my ears.

Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening...whenever you may be reading this little blog post. This is Teresa, owner of Scrapping for Less, designer of the card kits, and frustrated crafter when it comes to back orders.  In the past year and a half there have been many times I could not fulfill card kits right away due to needing to place an order and items being on back order. I deal with that enough with my regular orders and wanted to be able to bring my customers and all of the Scrapbook Blessings Club members the option to be able to order the card kit AND receive it immediately.

So beginning this month we are offering Mystery Card Kits. They will not always be the same, maybe not even the same embellishments or papers but one thing will remain consistent is the value and the price. The card kit will continue to be $15 shipped!

I have 3 packaged and ready to go. So, make sure to head on over to Scrapping for Less to put your order in. The mystery will be that a photo will not be in the blog post of the kit. You MUST click over to Scrapping for Less to see the kit! How sneaky is that....heehee!

Also, once your card kit arrives you have the opportunity to win the next month's kit. Just create a card using the kit and link down below and you can possibly win a kit!

Also, beginning with January's winner announcements you will have 1 week to email me (for card kits) teresascraps@gmail.com or Sandy (for challenges) cleosan52@yahoo.com. If we do not hear from the selected winner by the end of that week's time frame, we will choose another winner. So, don't lose out! Email us!

If you have a questions or suggestions, please leave it in the comments. Also, you can join up to our Facebook group: Scrapbook Blessings Club for more fun, games, inspiration, tips and techniques. Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed day! SBC Design Team Member and Card Kit Coordinator~Teresa

Building Block Graduation Card

Hello, everyone! Melissa here on to share a "building block" style card with you. I made this one graduation themed, since there are a ton of graduations going on right now. Hope you enjoy this card, and are inspired to try it out yourself. Here is the tutorial I followed from Split Coast Stampers. To make it easier, I will give you all the measurements, here. It looks harder than it is, I promise. Start with a piece of cardstock in your desired color that is 5.5 x 10.5. Put the 10.5 inch side along the top of your score board or paper trimmer, and score at 3.5 inches and 7 inches. Fold the first score line in a mountain fold, and the second in a valley fold. You should end up with a "z" fold card. The next part can get a bit tricky, so make sure you watch the video to fully understand what I am about to explain. On the back side of the "valley" fold, take a ruler and pencil and mark these measurements: 3/8 1 3/8 1 5/8 2 5/8 2 7/8 3 7/8 ...
