Happy Tuesday morning, all! Melissa here with a "just because" kind of card. This is a tri-shutter, card. I just love to make these! So fun. If you've never made one before, you can follow this tutorial. You'll be addicted in no time, I promise.
Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by,
Melissa
This card uses various techniques besides the fun card fold. I also did second generation stamping, and dry embossing using my Cuttlebug. If you're not sure what second generation stamping is, you can watch this video.
For this project, you will need:
- Tools: paper trimmer, score board or scoring tool, cuttlebug (or equivalent) and folders
- Pink, black, white cardstock
- Stamps and coordinating ink
- Letter stickers
- Punch (heart shape)
Tip: Tri-shutter cards are great for "themed" projects, because of all the various panels. Don't be afraid to make three dimensional cards. They still fold up and fit in an envelope for mailing.
Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by,
Melissa
