Saturday's Homemade Home Decor

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!! Cristina here to share with you a keepsake box I made for a dear friend of mine.
My Tip: When painting wood you can use flat or glossy paint. Make sure to let dry before applying second coat.

Here is my finished product:

I purchased this box at Michaels along with the letter, frame, and paints.

                   I painted the box with Black, Vanilla, and Blue Jean Craftsmart acrylic paint.

 

I found some really cute Prima flowers and ribbon that I added to the box. I also sprayed the box with Tattered Angel Champagne mist.

This was a fun box to make for my friends birthday. Its nice to use or pre-made cards, old letters, or whatever you like. I hope you enjoyed my homemade keepsake box.
