Today is a tragic day for families and love ones. My heart is heavy with pain for them. I grieve for the families that lost their precious ones today. It hits so close to home with my little ones being 7, 5 and 4. I watched them come off the bus today laughing and racing to the front door with tears in my eyes. I think they thought I was crazy when I started hugging and kissing on them.
My heart cries out, Father why?!?! So with tears,I am praying for the moms, dads, siblings, grandparents, may God's love wrap them up tonight. May peace that passes all understanding be with them. May the knowledge that they are hugging our Father right now, somehow comfort them. May the Holy Spirit minister to their hearts, minds and souls. May our tears not be shed in vain.
I am hoping that good will come out of this. That people will see the blessings that they have in their children. May families draw closer to one another. May the cares of this world not separate us from the love of our Father and the love of each other.
