The first is Rocking Retro...
I never did a hippy card so she was fun to do.  The pants are paper pieced and the paper was plane waves that I stickled the heck out of, lol.  I free handed the sentiment and the card sketch came from a Die for a Sketch.

The second is Lucy Lou (she was named by one of our Facebook members)...
Ohhh, to have her waist, lol!
