SBC's MARCH Game CHALLENGE

Hello everyone, welcome to our MARCH CHALLENGE!!!. This year our challenges are going to be a little different. We will be featuring a different "game" challenge every month. All you have to do is play along with the "game" by entering ONE card/project. All challenges are sponsored as in previous years, so a big shout out to our 2016 sponsors!!!

This month's sponsor is A DAY FOR DAISIES

And this month's game is BINGO!!!

Since ST. Patrick's Day is this month that is one of the theme's in the BINGO squares.  And since Janie's (that's me) birthday is this month, we have also add a Happy Birthday theme to one of the squares :)

Here are the RULES and they are very simple....

Make a project using the items in THREE of the squares

in a row, across, up and down, or diagonal.

Or you can get real creative and use ALL of the squares!

If you use ALL the squres you get an extra change to win!

Be sure in your blog post to list which squares you used.

  • This can be a card, layout, banner, etc.
  • On your blog, post you project with a link back to this challenge.
  • Upload your NEW project to Mr Linky below.
  • Game challenge ends March 31st @ 11pm est
  • If we see our SBC button on your blog when we come visit, you will get an extra challenge entry towards the sponsor prize.

Building Block Graduation Card

Hello, everyone! Melissa here on to share a "building block" style card with you. I made this one graduation themed, since there are a ton of graduations going on right now. Hope you enjoy this card, and are inspired to try it out yourself. Here is the tutorial I followed from Split Coast Stampers. To make it easier, I will give you all the measurements, here. It looks harder than it is, I promise. Start with a piece of cardstock in your desired color that is 5.5 x 10.5. Put the 10.5 inch side along the top of your score board or paper trimmer, and score at 3.5 inches and 7 inches. Fold the first score line in a mountain fold, and the second in a valley fold. You should end up with a "z" fold card. The next part can get a bit tricky, so make sure you watch the video to fully understand what I am about to explain. On the back side of the "valley" fold, take a ruler and pencil and mark these measurements: 3/8 1 3/8 1 5/8 2 5/8 2 7/8 3 7/8 ...
