A little about our sponsor...

Hi! My name is Thia, I am the owner of Blue Moon Creation Crafting Station, and with the help of a friend, we inspire other crafty folks to get their craft on. Feel free to stop by and say hi! I live in Sunny Southern California with my loving and supportive hubby of 11 years along with our two young children. I have been the crafty type my entire life.

I am addicted to all types of paper crafting, but I love creating cards the most. I love paper piecing with my TOMBOW glue. I own two Cricut machines (Baby Bug and the Expression) and a Cuttlebug. I also own a Silhouette Cameo . I absolutely love die cutting and embossing. When I discovered Peachy Keen Stamps a few years ago, I added them to the list of crafting supplies that I must have, along with Copic markers and chalks. (I am Copic certified as of this year!) And...When Peachy Keen Stamps started offering to manufacture stamps for others, I jumped at the opportunity to start my very own stamp line, Spiced Sunshine Stamps!

Hopefully sometime soon I'll be adding dies to my stamp line too! Did I mention I love stamping? However, if you aren't into stamping and prefer digital images, you may like Digi Digi Doodle on Etsy.

And now to our DT's  creations showing this card technique.

Modifying the Size of my Card to accommodate my Stamp I have made my Card 6+1/2" X 5". I have made use of my Blue Moon Designs Digital Stamp in various ways. I enlarged the stamp and cut out my Bees applying metal Feelers from some Butterflies in my drawer, I then coloured theSilver Metal Feelers with Black Copic 100 pen and also popped on a couple of Black Rhinestones and also utilised the large sized "Bee-Day" suspending it on clear plastic strip ~ The smaller complete Blue Moon Design Digital Stamp I have used inside the Slider Card.

MY Tip:  I would suggest, when creating this card, that good quality cardstock is used, and a sharp blade in your trimmer.  Using xacto blade is ok to use but carefully.

My Tip: Use removable adhesive to place your elements correctly and then use the good stuff to put your card together. I needed to re-position my I miss you tag a couple of times.

TiP:  Leave an open space for a handwritten note.

My Tip:  When making a card from a video tutorial I recommend watching the video first.  After you watch the tutorial once go back and try to create your card with the video.

Fiskars AdvantEdge Punch System Review

Good morning friends, Carolyn here with a review of a new tool I just recently purchased.  Received a newsletter from Scrapbook.com recently and checked it out.  But I did not purchase from Scrapbook.com as it's out of stock, so went to another source, and it arrived this past Saturday afternoon.
