Hi crafty friends. For this hop as you can see we are Dreaming BIG with Pink and Main.  This is a new to me company and I am really impressed with the variety of products. As a SFL DT, we got to pick a stamp set but as you will see, I had to get a couple of more on my own, couldn't resist!!!

This stamp set is the feature one, that I got as a SFL DT. I love anything sunburst so when I saw this, I knew I needed it for the collection.
TECHNIQUES USED:
One layer card other than the clouds. I stamped those and then fussy cut them out.
Using a ruler, I drew a black box around the sunburst image.
Making my own "background", I used the small sun/flower images and filled in around the main focal image.
Lastly, I used Stickles on the sunburst... I need my glitter!
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Second card, when I saw these BIG word stamp set and dies, I KNEW I had to have them, so these are set that I bought extra.
 TECHNIQUES USED:
I die cut out the Hello using a pattern paper then taking a color pencil, I traced the outside of the die cut, just the right side, not the left.
For a contrasting pattern, I used 4 different washi tapes in blacks and grays. I slanted and overlapped them. It took all of 60 secs. I really like how it came out.
-------------------------------------------------------

For my last card example, I had to get the BIG thanks die and stamp set ( pssst... I have the BIG Wish stamp and die set coming in the mail soon, yay!!!)
 TECHNIQUES USED:
I stamped the thanks sentiment multiple times BUT, I offset the "second and third" generation stamp so I got this really cool outline effect. I love it!!!!  If you don't know what I mean my generation stamp... The first time you stamp down on the paper is when you stamp is nice and inked up giving you a dark image, now doing nothing to the stamp but  pressing it back down on the paper will give you a second impression of the stamp thus the second generation stamp and so on until there is no more ink on the stamp.
Lastly, I used the washi tape to outline 2 edges of the card.

Thank you for hopping along!!!!!
I hope you are enjoying the hop and

  1. These cards are so cool. I love the way you used washi tape on your cards, I never thought about doing that.
I love all the cards but the "you are my sunshine" one is especially sweet to me because my husband sings that song to me all of the time.

Building Block Graduation Card

Hello, everyone! Melissa here on to share a "building block" style card with you. I made this one graduation themed, since there are a ton of graduations going on right now. Hope you enjoy this card, and are inspired to try it out yourself. Here is the tutorial I followed from Split Coast Stampers. To make it easier, I will give you all the measurements, here. It looks harder than it is, I promise. Start with a piece of cardstock in your desired color that is 5.5 x 10.5. Put the 10.5 inch side along the top of your score board or paper trimmer, and score at 3.5 inches and 7 inches. Fold the first score line in a mountain fold, and the second in a valley fold. You should end up with a "z" fold card. The next part can get a bit tricky, so make sure you watch the video to fully understand what I am about to explain. On the back side of the "valley" fold, take a ruler and pencil and mark these measurements: 3/8 1 3/8 1 5/8 2 5/8 2 7/8 3 7/8
