Product Review Thursday.

Welcome crafters! I, again am writing this post on my iPad...my computer should return today....I am just lost without it. I did not get all of the pictures I should have to do this product justice....and there are some links that I wanted to give you within this post today....but I will edit it tomorrow...so when you come back for Friday's Layout post be sure to check out the updated post so you can get all the links as well....

I am going to review for you today the Peerless Water Colors...I watched several videos from both Amy R. and Jennifer Mcquire on their review of these and then actually using them I knew I had to have them. I absolutely am in love with them!

The actual water color is packed onto these cardboard rectangles that are contained inside this little paper booklet and you just wet the brush and take the color straight from the paper. Here is where I should have gotten some additional pictures.

I taped my paper down to my craft mat and then wet it before applying my color....these colors blend beautifully together. The color is also very intense with just a bit of water or you can tone it down with more water.

My finished card with the watercolor background.

Conclusion: if you want to watercolor with your cards, these water colors are a great addition to your supplies. And a fabulous bargain also. I purchased mine from Sweet Stamps and with shipping these were under $20.

The pack I purchased is the basic pack...there are also 2 additional bonus packs ( a bit more) but well worth the money.

Thanks for stopping by today and Happy Crafting. Don't forget to enter our challenge. Maybe even try a little water color on your entry.

Until Later, Teresa

  1. oh my gosh oh my gosh, I want these! This is exactly what I am looking for. Kind of reminds me of the old days when I got those coloring books with that in there. Love it. Your card is fantastic. Great idea for background.

  2. I remember seeing these on Jennifer McGuire's site and had forgotten about them - till now, thanks to you. I definitely want to try them myself and they seem reasonable where you bought them.
