For our next challenge, we were given the word HOME. There were two scriptures that just ministered to me so I journaled both. The first is 2 Corthinans 5:1...
Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. (NIV)
Second scripture is 2 Peter 3:13...
But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.
You can find the Scripture Challenge 2010 @ Triple the Scraps
Tools used:
- stamped and embossed the word home in copper
-stamped and embossed the flourish to make a frame in copper
-doubled matted the word home and used a pop dot to raise it
-house and tag came from Sweetheart cartridge
-the fence was made by scrap pieces of a wood border that I had
