July 27-- One Sheet Wonders by Sandy
July 29-- Designer Washi Tape by Vicki

Let's get started !!

Hi everyone, I am showing you a DYI One Sheet Wonder. This is so easy to do and a great idea if you are doing a crop or need a ton a cards fast!

One Sheet Wonders
by Sandy Hentzel

Materials Needed
Ruler
Scissors
Paper Trimmer
Card stock for card base and matting
8x8 Pattern Card stock
Stamps
Ink pad
Color Medium like Pencils
Adhesive

1) One your pattern paper, use  your ruler and pencil, measure out  the card stock pieces that you need. I can get 6 nice cards from once piece of 8 x 8 paper. I like to measure around the paper, see below....

2) It is very easy to make your own template as long as you start with your first piece which would be the biggest.  I posted my measurements below, feel free to use this template to get you started.

3) Next you want to cut out your matting for your pattern paper pieces. This is so easy to do because you are only measuring up 1/4" for each piece

4) Using your favorite adhesive, glue you pieces together and place them on the cards. Here are the 6 cards that I did for this project.

5) Now you have all your card bases put together. Now you will stamp your images and color with your favorite coloring medium iw: pencil, markers, pens, etc

6) After you color the images, you can cut them out with your scissors. And then, start to use washi tape, ribbon, stamp sentiments, etc to finish off your cards.

Here are my final card designs from the 8 x 8 One Sheet Wonder technique.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and project.

Building Block Graduation Card

Hello, everyone! Melissa here on to share a "building block" style card with you. I made this one graduation themed, since there are a ton of graduations going on right now. Hope you enjoy this card, and are inspired to try it out yourself. Here is the tutorial I followed from Split Coast Stampers. To make it easier, I will give you all the measurements, here. It looks harder than it is, I promise. Start with a piece of cardstock in your desired color that is 5.5 x 10.5. Put the 10.5 inch side along the top of your score board or paper trimmer, and score at 3.5 inches and 7 inches. Fold the first score line in a mountain fold, and the second in a valley fold. You should end up with a "z" fold card. The next part can get a bit tricky, so make sure you watch the video to fully understand what I am about to explain. On the back side of the "valley" fold, take a ruler and pencil and mark these measurements: 3/8 1 3/8 1 5/8 2 5/8 2 7/8 3 7/8
