2-24-09: 257 to 256.6 Not much toss this past week. I have a ton of reasons why, but the number is the number and it says I only tossed .4 lbs. My reasons can't change that, but I a happy with this wks weigh in.
I have to give God the glory for every toss I have. I couldn't do it without Him. He gives me the strength and endurance to keep on going. He has also taught me this past week how to forgive myself. Yep, I have to forgive myself when I blow it... hint, hint... darn pizza party.
This wks scripture:
8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.
9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who worship him;
12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our sin from us.
What is done here on earth is also completed in Heaven. If I have the expectation of forgiveness for myself from God, then I must forgive myself also.
I have to apply the Word to all areas of my life, esp when losing the weight.

-.4 is better than +.4 so congrats! And even if it WAS a + I'd still say congrats for living up to it and moving on with it!
