If
you are into crafting, you have most likely heard the buzz about
planning in a planner. It is a form of art that has carried over into
your everyday planning calendar! Being an avid crafter, I just had to
try this - but didn't want to invest in an expensive planner just in
case it wasn't my proverbial "cup of tea".
My
recommendation for beginners is to purchase an inexpensive pocket
planner/calendar at the dollar store and try it first, on a smaller
scale. If you love it, you can go on to purchase a larger planner. But
if it isn't for you, then you haven't invested much so it's no loss,
really.
Again,
don't be discouraged if your first layout isn't perfect. It takes
practice and a lot of trial and error to see what you like. If you click
on the video below, you'll notice that I did a couple of layouts
myself, since I wasn't entirely pleased with the results of my first
"go" at it. I'm a newbie at this too and still working to get a result I
love. The video posted below is meant to give you some ideas and
inspiration to get started. Let your imagination and creativity flow! Happy Planning! :)
