3 Fun Scrap Tags

Hi friends!  Sandy here for ScrapBook Blessings Club to share one of my favorite projects for TBT. We will be making scrap tags today.  First, I have my tip of the day for you.... Glossy Accents is the perfect medium for tags. Not only can you add dimension to your paper, but it is a great adhesive for embellishments like metal and flower.. Onto today's project... These are what we will be making...   Our first tag is a pretty distressed on. Here are some of the things that you will need. I also decided to use the staple fastener for the ribbon And because the staple was silver, I used a permanent brown marker to change the color. And here is the final tag Our second tag is a fun one to do. Here are some of the supplies you need.  First I colored the image with dew drops and TH Distress Marker Next using the same color as the paper (or as close as possible) I stamped the background on the tag. Here is the fun pa...
Hello scrappy crafty friends. Hope your new year is starting off bright and organized. Barbara here, and I am going to show you my version of  the cascade card today. I added a 4 x 4 piece of plain cardstock on the back with the card folded flat in order to make the card more sturdy. If you mail the card with this extra cardstock you may have to use extra postage. I hope your enjoyed today's project too. If you have a questions or suggestions, please leave it in the comments. Also, you can join up to our Facebook group: Scrapbook Blessings Club for more fun, games, inspiration, tips and techniques. Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed day! SBC Design Team Member

A Cupcake Birthday Card - Sliceform technique

Hey, Carolyn here with Tuesday - Cards/Techniques at Scrapbook Blessings Club and I am sharing a card technique that I had shared with you on 08/12/2014.  You could call this throw-back Tuesday! I found this technique on Extreme Cards and Papercrafting and by clicking on the link will direct you to the instructions for this cupcake card.   Front view of Cupcake Card (hopefully you can see the cupcake)   Card laid flat for mailing purposes (and to give you some indication of what it looks like)   Top view of card MY TIP:  don't become frustrated when putting the card together.  Take your time, and take a break if it becomes to much for you.  In putting it together, have to twist the pieces to get them to insert into the slots. Supplies used: Silhouette Studio file from  Extreme Cards and Papercrafting  Ribbon from my stash, and created using my Bow Easy - Make Mini Bows with Ease Candles printed out fr...
