Digi Coloring with Colored Pencils and Gamsol

Hi Friends,  Sandy here with my very basic and easy coloring technique  for you!  One of my favorite coloring techniques is using Colored Pencils and Gamsol. I was asked to do an updated tutorial on how to do basic coloring for images. So, I decided to do a three part series, breaking it up into skin, hair and clothing. The image I used is My Besties' Sweet Marylou. Thurs. Product Review: Spectrum Nior Markers

Hi friends!  Sandy here for ScrapBook Blessings Club to share with you Thursday's showcase product. We will be using Spectrum Nior Markers today.  First, I have my tip of the day for you....when coloring with markers, make sure you have a mat or scratch paper under you project. Markers will bleed through you paper to the table. Here is what you need: cardstock: Chose wisely with your cardstock because the markers will bleed. I use Crafters Companion. The markers do not smear and I get a nice blend with my colors. I found this online and at my local craft store that sells Spectrum Noir Markers. Momento Tuxedo Black ink pad: This is THE BEST ink to use with alcohol markers. It does not smear at all. You can even hit it with a heat gun if you choose. Stamp image or digital stamp: your choice. IF you use a stamp, you want Momento Black Ink!! Now for the fun part, lets color using our Spectrum Nior Markers using my 1-2-3 Coloring Techinque... Step 1: pick your ...
