Happy Tuesday everyone!  So this is Scrapbook Blessings Club and you would expect to see something about scrapbooking...but....not today.  We are still going to use stuff from your craftoom that you would use in cardmaking and scrapbooking, but now you just need to grab a pair of jeans.  I'm going to show you how to make an adorable little purse for your cell phone or whatever you want to put in it.  It also makes a cute gift for a teenager or even a pre-teen.   And best of all...NO SEWING involved!!!  Let's go take a look at how to make one :) Thank you for watching and....HAPPY CRAFTING!!! Teresa here from Fresh and Renewed ....I don't have a card or anything for you today other than a few pictures to show why my crafting had to come to a screeching halt this week. We are in the process of getting the entire inside of my house painted and although I had asked the painter to start in my scrapbook room there was a little glitch and he had to work in several stages....you see once upon a time I had high wall shelving up on the walls in my scrapbook room...the kind that is on tracking...then I decided to repaint the room and did not take the shelving down...fast forward to last year when I decided I totally needed to declutter that room and create a more inviting and tranquil space. I took the shelving down which created these stripes on the wall revealing the old paint job! I have stared at that for the last year and finally with our tax return money we decided to get the house painted (which thankfully included my scrapbook room) Well, the painter was just going to...

I not only love making cards, but I love creating home decor items.  Today I'm sharing a video on altering a Mason jar....or in this case a spaghetti sauce jar...using acrylic paints, ribbon, lace, and other items you might have around your craftroom.  In this video I don't show the actual process but I do talk you through it while showing you the finished product.  I hope you enjoy it and come up with some beautiful ideas of your own :) I hope your enjoyed today's project too. Mystery Card Kit We have been struggling along trying to figure out how to continue the card kits this year. We are going to continue for a few more months (at least that is the plan) with the concept of mystery card kits. You will not know what you are going to receive but the good thing is these will be the contents of the kit. Mystery Card Contents stamp pattern paper (6 sheets of 6x6 paper) cardstock (6 sheets of 6x6 paper) embellishment package (4 types of embellishments, they may or may  not coordinate with the paper) mixed media item (wink of stella, clean brush marker, distress marker, glue pen etc) 1 other item...TBD at time of putting kits together Here is a sample pic of card kit: So you may ask how can I play along?
