Faux Frame Card Fold Tutorial

Hi Friends, Sandy here from Scrapbook Blessings, and I have a great tutorial for you featuring The Stamping Chef digital stamps.  This is a fun way to show off those creations. Lets get started!

  • Start with 5.0 square of double sided pattern paper

  •  Score the points at 1.25 and 1.75"in, rotate 90 degrees and do all 4 points

  •  Fold 1.25" score line in towards card

  •  Fold 1.75" score line out

  • Get your center picture ready. Here I made my own background measuring at 3x3

  • Using pop up squares, attach them to inside panel like below
  •  (had to trim my center image because I stamped to close to the edge, you can see it below but no worries, the flap will cover that up so it is actually 3 x 2.75)

  •  No add more pop up squares to outside edge like below

  •  fold back the flaps

  • I added my digi stamp to the outside this time, just did a triple layer of pop ups (look under her head, lol)

  • 5.5" square card base is need to finish the card off

Here you have it... A Faux Frame Card Fold!  Very easy to do!

Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by,
