Cute Bunny Girl Tag

Hi Friends,   Sandy here with my   Scrapbook Stamp Society DT  creation for you!  The project I created today feature a My Bestie Digi Stamp that I knew would be just perfect to attach to one of my girls' Easter Baskets!   So here is a very easy tag to make up in a jiffy.  I noticed that I cut the tag a little shorter than I wanted, so I took a piece of pink card stock and using a fancy board punch, I was able to add 1 more inch to the tag, problem solved! Monday's Die Cutting Machine Project

Good Monday morning to all, and here it is the last day of March.  Where or where is the month gone to?  Before I share my two projects using my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the items, my TIP is:  if a card that you had created is blah, bling it some more.... I chose two of my past projects that I created using in Silhouette Cameo, and I believe, in this case SCAL software to create the baby dress.  I'm not sure where the cupcake pattern came from so I'm not able to give credit where it's due, my apologizes for that. First photo is of the baby dress I created and than added more bling to it to update the card.  I added baby pearls (SU Pearls) to the both sleeves, and where the holes are at hem of the dress I took my Wink by Stella pen (Purple) and colored inside the holes.   Supplies used: My own pattern file for the Baby dress card. Ribbon from stash the small pearls in sleeves; and two down the front from Stampin! Up Wink by Stella glitter pen.

Saturday homemade home decor item

Hello scrappy and crafty friends. Hope you are having a great weekend so far. This is Barbara and I want to share with you today how to make a decor canvas for your home. I will also teach you how to cut your own stencils with your cricut. My tip for the day: when using stencils, be sure that you do not have very much paint on your sponge. Dab your sponge in the paint then dab it on clean paper to remove much of the paint before you paint through the stencil. I use really inexpensive make up sponges. Here is the finished project: My daughter and son in law went to Paris this last fall and I wanted to make them something to remind them of their trip. Recipe a regular canvas from the hobby store acrylic paint make up wedge sponges a die cut if desired stencils Cricut machine to cut your own stencils if you wish or you can use ready made ones. First I want to show you how to make your own stencils using your cricut and CCR. Open CCR and select your shape. I

Bunny swirls

Hi friends!  This is my last March guest designer post for SweetStamps, so this is bittersweet partings. I think this is one of my favorites, and I enjoyed making cards for these challenges.  I would also love if you stopped by my tutorial blog,  Scrapbook Blessings Club , for daily tips, tutorials and technique. A big thank you to SweetStamps for letting me be guest designer. This week is Sweet Stamps'  Swirls challenge For this card, I pulled out my favorite embossing folder which is.... Swirls of course!!!  But to give it a little color, I used the Letterpress technique found  HERE .  The biggest tip when doing this technique is to tap on the color from the ink pad, not smear it on.  To finish it off, I did simple paper layering, ribbon and prima flowers. colored with Prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a blessed day!

Friday's Layout

Hi friends!  Zenita (aka Scrappinwith'Z) here for ScrapBook Blessings Club to share with you Friday's layout. We will be using the Silhouette and Black Cat Cougar machines today. First, I have my tip of the day for you.... When you have a souvenir you want to put on a layout, store it with the pictures, so you won't lose it. I had my runner's number for this layout and I can't find it!!! It will show up tomorrow, I'm sure. Onto today's project... I used Bazzill for my base paper and mounted my pics and the pattern paper on some solid cardstock that I had in my stash. The pattern paper is from me & my Big ideas-Mambi sheets. The pink gem ribbon is from Recollections. The Pretty in Pink was cut out with a 24" Black Cat Cougar Cutting Machine. I mirrored the other side to balance out the second page and added my shoe. The shoe and 5K was cut with a Silhouette Machine. I used some baker's twine that I had in my stash to put in for shoe
