Nov. Calendar Girls Blog Hop

Welcome to our November Calendar Girls' Blog Hop. It’s absolutely amazing when you do a Google search the interesting facts you may find. Such a find is special and unique occasions throughout the year!!! These unique holidays are our inspiration. As Neil Sedaka sang in his song "Calendar Girls" - "November, I'll give thanks that you belong to me!!"

For November, I used the Sunburst Technique on all my cards. The Scrapbook Blessings Club's current challenge is the Sunburst Card. If you would like to play along, you can click HERE. This challenge ends midnight Nov 15 and you can enter up to three cards for a chance to win sponsored by My Creative Classroom.

13  World Kindness Day ~ Sandy
Love the colors on this card. Used the basic sunburst technique and Stampin' Up bird image and sentiment.

22  Go For a Ride Day ~ Sandy
I decided to create a card scene using pattern paper. I made the sun using the sunburst tech in the corner, embossed the clouds in white, added a bicycle stamp and pattern paper for the hill. Such a fun card to do.

28  Thanksgiving  -Eat, drink, and be thankful. ~ Sandy
For this card I used the sunburst upside down, added large brown ribbon and a tag.

29  Black Friday ~  Sandy
This is a retired image from The Stamping Chef, and I used only one pattern paper for my sunburst and put it on its side. The inside says, "having you for a friend."

29  You're Welcome Day  - Sandy
My dad did this card with me!  This is for my BIL who is in Africa. I think he did a great job with his first card creation. So this is a thank you to Dad for scrapping with me yesterday and his "Your Welcome"
