This post is a day late. I am sooo sorry. We are busy cleaning the outside up, laying mulch, paint the fence, etc, for my son's birthday party that I forgot to post. I did weigh in Saturday morning and then the weekend just flew by. With no further ado...
I know from the past that I do better when I set goals so I'm going to do a Memorial Day Challenge for myself. If you want to join along:

Starting Weight: 320
Challenge Goal: 16lbs (and to exercise a min. of 3x/week ***.)
Week 1: April 10- 320 ****
Week 2: April 17- 318 *****
Week 3: April 24- 316 ***
Week 4: May 1- 311 ****
Week 5: May 8- 310 ***
Week 6: May 15- 309 *** ( 5 more to go!!!)
Week 7: May 22
Week 8: May 29
This weeks scripture: Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
