3 Fun Scrap Tags

Hi friends!  Sandy here for ScrapBook Blessings Club to share one of my favorite projects for TBT. We will be making scrap tags today.  First, I have my tip of the day for you.... These are what we will be making...   Our first tag is a pretty distressed on. Here are some of the things that you will need. I also decided to use the staple fastener for the ribbon And because the staple was silver, I used a permanent brown marker to change the color. And here is the final tag Our second tag is a fun one to do. Here are some of the supplies you need.  First I colored the image with dew drops and TH Distress Marker Next using the same color as the paper (or as close as possible) I stamped the background on the tag. Distress Glitter Product Review

Hey kids!  Cindy back on the SBC blog today with a product review of Tim Holtz Distress Glitter .  Don't you just love glitter????  I sure do!!  We are getting a bit messy here today--but it's fun! TiP:  When inking the edges of a glittered item apply ink to your craft mat so you don't get glitter on  your ink pad. Supplies: Tim Holtz Distress Glitter ( I used spun sugar) Tim Holtz ink applicator or sponges work, too Tim Holtz Distress Ink  ( I used spun sugar) Glossy Accents Apply Distress Ink, Stain or marker to your item to be glittered. Apply a wet glue such as Glossy Accents to the item to be glittered.  I used my fingers to get good coverage--told you we were getting messy...LOL.  Using a wet glue allows for the most sparkle power since the glitter particles wont lay completely flat. Apply your Distress Glitter :-)  Love that sparkle!!  And you can even use your heat tool to speed the drying t...
